At MRPR, we believe in maintaining a good work-life balance that helps employees stay happy and productive. With PTO and flex time, MRPR employees can enjoy their family and hobbies outside of the workplace without feeling like they always have to be thinking about work.

We know people tend to think of accounting as staring at spreadsheets day in and day out, so we like to make our office a fun place to work with parties and activities to help team members have fun and relax, even during the business of tax season!

We are also proud of our internship program, where our intern's work mimics an entry-level accountant position with exposure to all aspects of accounting and client services. Many interns transition to full-time employees after graduation, so we make sure to manage their workload to allow them time to study for their CPA exam.

We also value mentorship and career growth, with our principals mentoring our entry-level team members to help develop and build confidence as a professional.
